Characteristics:
The IMS TIG 161 HF is the ideal welding unit for maintenance, pipes, boilermakers works to weld steel,
stainless steel, copper. Made upon INVERTER technology, the IMS TIG 161 HF is controlled by a
microprocessor with a digital control panel.

TIG
2 start possibilities HF with contact / LIFT without contact
3 trigger controls 2 times, 4 times, a4 times "LOG" : the operator chooses between 2 welding intensities (hot current or cold current) at any time by a short pulse on the trigger.

3 processes
· "normal" TIG Pre-gas/Up slope/Intensity (1 -2 possible intensities in 4Tlog mode)/Post-gas/Down slope

· Pulse TIG Choice between:
Easy Pulse mode: the operator define the average welding intensity. The device automatically manages the frequency, the hot current and the cold current)
Normal mode: the operator adjusts the hot current, the cold current and the frequency (0.2Hz to 20Hz).

· Spot TIG Allows to prepare parts with spot welding
