Characteristics:
The DUOGYS is recommended to weld steel, stainless steel, aluminium and for the “MIG Brazing” of
high-tensile strength steels with CuSi and CuAl wires (ideal for car body repairs). Its adjustment is easy and fast thanks to its « synergic wire speed » function. The DUOGYS is delivered complete with 3 torches:
• 1 «Spool on Gun» torch for Alu wires (AlSi15, AlSi12 type) or stainless steel
• 2 torches for steel, stainless steel, CuSi or CuAl wires
Easy and fast adjustment
• 3 functions available:
1 - Normal: 2T.
2 - Spot: Spot welding with adjustable spot diameter.
3 - Delay: Intermittent welding modes for an optimised operating procedure.
▪ « Synergic » mode:
Thanks to its function, there is no need to adjust the wire speed. Select only:
- The wire type
- The wire ø diameter
- The power mode
DUOGYS determines the OPTIMAL WIRE SPEED* (Possibility of speed adjustment if necessary)

▪ Designed for the use of 2 different types and diameter wires, the Duogys avoids all waste of time when changing wires and gas bottle. Thanks to its 4 rollers double wire feeder, the DUOGYS will give you entire satisfaction in use: MIG Brazing wires, cupro silicon (CuSi) and cupro aluminium (CuAl),
essential for the new metal sheet generation HTS/VHTS - Aluminium wires.
▪ Safety: Only the torch used is live (PSA requirement).

▪ The Spool on Gun has to be connected to the torch output
Its integrated wire feeder takes Ø100 mm (size reels) of steel, stainless steel or Alu wire.
It is the incontrovertible and economic solution to drive soft wires (recommended for car repairs).
